These Terms of Service govern your use of tendra.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

In these terms, "TENDRA", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of tendra.store, 651 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709, United States.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to display colours and images faithfully. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately. Product packaging and specifications may change from time to time.

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY — IMPORTANT

The TENDRA EMS Bunion Corrector is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this Site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. TENDRA is designed to provide structured support and adjustable EMS stimulation as part of an at-home routine. It is not claimed to correct, reverse, cure or eliminate a bunion or any other medical condition.

Do not use an EMS device if you have a cardiac pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition, diabetes, reduced sensation in your feet, broken skin, an active infection, or any diagnosed foot condition. You are responsible for using the product safely and as instructed. If you experience pain, numbness, skin irritation or any adverse reaction, stop using it and seek advice from a healthcare professional.

4. ORDERS, PRICING AND ACCEPTANCE

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or description as a result of an error, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details — payments are processed by PCI-compliant third parties.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, product designs and the TENDRA name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or harvest data, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except where expressly stated and except for rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any result will be obtained from using our products.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TENDRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TENDRA and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Delaware shall have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
